№ 01  ·  About the colour

A colour that
matches almost anything.

What sets cognac apart is the warm brown-orange character, brought out in leather by the natural undertones of the hide. With aniline finishing (such as Africa) the colour gradient remains visible and the leather builds patina. With semi-aniline or lightly pigmented variants (Foggia or Kenia) the cognac shade looks more even and is less sensitive to daily use.

About cognac leather sofa
briefly answered.

Does a cognac sofa change colour over the years?

With aniline leather (Africa, Rancho) the cognac visibly shifts: deeper, warmer, with localised shading on used areas. With pigmented leather (Kenia, Granada, eco-leather) the colour change is minimal.

Which wall colour matches a cognac leather sofa?

Cognac combines beautifully with warm white, soft taupe, off-white, charcoal and deep green (moss or olive). Walnut or oak floors strengthen the warmth.

Is eco-leather cognac a real alternative?

Eco-leather is easier to maintain and more affordable. It feels soft on delivery but does not develop patina. For households with young children or pets, often a sensible choice.
